Siemens Turkey Digital Factories department follows White Goods and White Goods Suppliers producers in Turkey, sees their activities, investments in new lines, efforts for digital transformation, improvements in their existing lines and supports them with their work including production, continues interaction and exchange of ideas with them. The department conveys innovations in industrial production as well as new products and systems in digitalization to the producers and especially, to the engineering and management personnel via visits, presentations, workshops, etc.

In this context, an online “White Goods Days Seminar” was held on April 27-28, 2021. D. Yasemin Aksu, Vice President of BEYSAD, delivered a presentation at the seminar in the name of BEYSAD. During the presentation, BEYSAD’s activities and development on the Competency Center Project, which is underway as a part of the ongoing IPA Project in collaboration with Ozyegin University and which is planned to contribute to our members greatly in terms of digitalization, were shared.   

The goal of the event was to contribute to the producers in the sector helping them gain vision via new practices and solutions. The event invited BEYSAD members as well as all end users operating in the sector, suppliers, OEM companies, system integrators and solution partners. The seminar took place on webex.
