On May 21, Thursday, BEYSAD Programı üzerinden; USDAD (Değer Arttırma Danışmanlığı) Managing Director and BEYSAD Journal Writer Mr. Haluk Selvi presented the webinar called “Financial Risk Management in the New Normal”  on the BEYSAD Program to a group of 31 attendees.

On the cover letter for the meeting, Mr. Haluk Selvi gave the following information:

“The Covid-19 Pandemic that made its mark on the first quarter of the 21st century and which we are still going through taught all the nations a very bitter lesson regardless of the level of advancement and welfare during an era when the humankind is looking for ways to live on Mars. In this new era that is filled with a number of ambiguities and question marks way beyond being a crisis, we began living this chaos together. 

As of this moment, the pandemic is partially controlled and in the aftermath, we will enter a new era, the new normal. We all know now that nothing will ever be the same.

Crises involve putting poorly-managed businesses that lack professionalism and efficiency out of the game or downplaying them. The fundamental driving force of capitalist systems is the aforementioned “Creative Destruction” theory. This theory will be studied as we enter the post-pandemic new normal and the consumption and production habits of the humankind will be transformed in the current eco-system. New products, new production methods, new organization forms and new industries will come into play.
