Within the scope of BEYSAD Human Resources Committee work, a face-to-face FEEDBACK FOR LEADERS Training was held on Friday, November 4, 2022, between 01.00-04.30 P.M. in cooperation with Mr. Ahmet Süha Koçel (MBA, MCC-Master Certified Coach).
One of the most effective tools in the change, development and transformation of leaders is to receive feedback. The most effective tool in employee behavior changes is to receive feedback. The content of the workshop prepared every year at the end of the operating year to make the feedback given to the employees more effective and permanent:
• What is feedback?
• Why is feedback needed?
• What are the most common mistakes when giving feedback?
• What is appreciation?
• What is formative feedback?
• How does feedback get the desired effect?
• When should feedback be given?
With this activity, the participants had the opportunity to review many paradigms related to feedback. They were able to internalize new and more effective ways and methods through practice.
The event, which took place with the participation of 25 people from many different units of our member companies, was held at Valfsan Halls, the company of one of our HR Committee Leaders, Mr. Tunç Yeloğlu. During the training, which took place in a very pleasant and productive environment, our company officials had the opportunity to get to know each other more closely, and they were able to observe the wrongs they knew right through one-on-one interactive studies. With the efficiency of the work, the Committee members decided to continue these and similar activities. We hope to be together with all our members in the upcoming events.
