As a part of the BEYSAD Strategy Document activities, the Committees carry on their operations with high energy and motivation. In this regard, the Human Resources Committee, with the aim to create a common HR platform that brings together the Human Resources executives of the member companies and thus, to create synergy among the teams of the member companies, held a meeting that was attended by 22 people on Friday, November 2, 2018.

The meeting that was hosted by ValfsanDışTicaret Ltd. Şti.had the following agenda based on the goals set in the Strategy Document book:

Consulting the opinions of Human Resources professionals about sector problems, developments and good practices via brainstorming,

Identifying the HR expectations and needs in the light of the changing rules of the competition, working environment and the Industry 4.0 and setting priorities for the next meetings,

Guiding the Committee’s activities based on the notes taken on the upcoming days and seeking solutions together to the problems that may occur,

And it was quite a successful and efficient meeting.

The opening speech was given by the BEYSAD Board member and HR Committee Leader TunçYeloğlu. The following prominent topics about the SD 4th Book HR Committee were opened to discussion and opinions were exchanged, as moderated by the Committee members Gamze Deniz, ElifDemir, and Alper Tunga Özhekim.
