BEYSAD HR Committee had “HR Good Practice Examples” visit in Eskişehir

BEYSAD HR (Human Resources) Committee held its March meeting attended by 10 members in Eskişehir. Endel Corporate Group Human Resources Director and Committee Member Gamze Deniz hosted the Committee meeting which was held a few months ago at the HR Platform in Tuzla and which dwelled on the topics set via brainstorming, which were prioritized. In this regard, discussions were had on what will be carried into effect in the upcoming meetings and what might be presented to the members as events.

Upon the Committee Meeting, a subject that was requested by the HR professionals, who are the members of the Committee, was put into practice through the meetings held with regards to observing “Good Practice Examples” asked to be realized during the aforementioned brainstorming. In this scope, first of all Bekel A.Ş and the center on On-the-Job Trainings were visited, where the expert on the subject provided information.

Next, GKN Driveline facilities were visited, since it is a company operated in a different sector and also a good practice example. We received a very warm welcome at the company that drew the attention of the members with their guest entrance registration system as well as at Bekel. After being welcome by the company’s HR Manager M. SelimTosun, we listened to the progress of the company from GKN’s General Manager GökhanPişkin. Afterwards, the HR Leader DuyguSezer presented candidly the HR Good Practice Examples one by one (i-lobby guest registration system; Gallup Q12 employee satisfaction survey; e-jop practice for hiring new employees; customized employee information screen; internal communication channels and many others…).

After the lunch following the company visits, we discussed about the New Trends in HR with the experts from İzgörenAkademi at the PERYÖN (Personnel Management Association) event during the rest of the day.

We would like to thank Gamze Deniz for organizing this whole day of training for the HR Committe as well as all the participating Committee members and the hosting companies. Our events will continue in the Committee and we will work on events that will benefit all the members.
