BEYSAD’s New Term Executive, Supervisory, and Disciplinary Boards Elected
White Goods’ Suppliers Association (BEYSAD) held its 27th Ordinary General Assembly Meeting at Hilton Bosphorus Hotel Harbiye on March 26, 2021 Friday, where it elected the New Term Executive Board.
Participated by the representatives from about 30 member companies, the meeting was held respecting the pandemic rules carefully. The meeting started with an opening, a moment of silence and chanting the Turkish National Anthem as per the agenda. Next, the Presidency Council was elected. Mr. Murat Önay, Ms. Çiğdem Temizkan and Ms. Merve Yorgancılar were elected to the Council based on suggestion.
As per the guidance by the President facilitating the meeting, BEYSAD President Ş. Burak Özaydemir was invited to the floor to give the opening speech to the guests and then, gave the summary of BEYSAD operations of 2019-2020.
Next, as per the agenda, 2019-2020 balance sheet, profit and loss account statement and draft budget for 2021 were presented by BEYSAD Board Member Mr. Sefa Böyet and the Supervisory Board Report was read by Supervisory Board President Mr. M. Bahadır Balkır. The operations were submitted for voting. They were approved unanimously.
As per the agenda, the suggestion that “Establishing and managing a commercial enterprise, founding a commercial company, becoming a partner to established companies to achieve and maintain the objectives of the Association” and then, the decision to establish a business in partnership with Ozyegin University were approved unanimously.
Finally, new members for the Executive Board, Supervisory Board and Disciplinary Board were elected and the following lists were approved unanimously.

Before closing the meeting, Besim T. Oktayer, M. Bahadır Balkır, Batu Balkır, Merve Yorgancılar, Sefa Böyet, and D. Yasemin Aksu took the floor and talked about BEYSAD from past to present and shared beautiful moments. Finally, Ş. Burak Özaydemir took the floor and gave the thank you speech to the participants.
At the first Executive Board Meeting after the General Assembly, BEYSAD President Ş. Burak Özaydemir was elected once again to be the President and F. Murat Öney and D. Yasemin Aksu to be Vice Presidents and Sefa Böyet to be the Accounting Member.
