As a part of BEYSAD’s Committee events, the Committee meetings on “Shareholders’ and Public Supports” and “Industry 4.0 and Digitalization” were held at Vestel White Goods, common member of both of the committees, on 24.12.2018.

The first part of the meeting was mediated by Vestel White Goods Purchasing Manager Hüsna Yaşar who provided full support in making this event possible and in this part, 2 specialists from Zafer Development Agency attended and gave extended information on incentives and the structure of the Agency. After the Q&A session, the Committees Common Presentation was given. By the end, the meeting was attended by Vestel White Goods Purchasing Director Kemal Özgür and other senior executives from Vestel. The program ended with the short film on BEYSAD BE4 White Goods and Suppliers’ Industry 4.0 IInd Summit.

After lunch, Vestel White Goods Innovative Goods Showroom was visited and the Smart Factories Tour was carried out, and then the second part of the meeting began.

The second part started with the opening speech given by Kemal Özgür and continued with the BEYSAD introduction and localization project proposition presentation. The presentation was provided by BEYSAD Board Member and Industry 4.0 and Digitalization Committee Lead Hasan Okyar Bayraktar. After the presentations, ideas were exchanged with a big group including all Vestel White Goods engineers and executives on what can be done with regards to the localization project.

As the first plan of 2019, the efforts to grow and realize this localization project have been decided to be sped up as a part of the Industry 4.0 and Digitalization Committee activities, considering this is an important subject, to be led by Hüsna Yaşar from Vestel.
