Could you introduce yourself?
Hello, I was born in Kocaeli in 1986 and graduated from Ege University, Department of Astronomy and Space Sciences. Since the beginning of my professional career, I have worked in various positions within the sales and marketing departments of different companies and industries. I spent the last 10 years in the white goods and small household appliances sub-industry, and as of September 2025, I have been serving as the Sales and Marketing Manager at our company.
Could you tell us about your company and its activities?
Hedef Kablo is a well-established family business founded in 1997. Since its establishment, it has maintained steady growth and today operates in two separate factories located in the Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone, with a total production area of 23,000 square meters. With our team of 300 experienced and specialized employees, we are one of the leading companies in the production of corded cables, PVC, and silicone cables. With our products, we provide high-quality solutions to the white goods and small household appliances industries across many different fields.
Could you share information about your organizational structure?
Our company is a well-rooted family business founded by three brothers. Recently, with the second generation also taking part in management, we have been strengthening our accumulated knowledge with the dynamism and modern approach brought by the younger management team.
Our customer- and solution-oriented approach is embraced by our entire team. Especially in our internal processes, we always make decisions as if our customers were sitting in an empty chair at the table, and we move quickly towards results.
Which industries do you serve?
White Goods and Small Household Appliances.
Could you tell us about your export rates and the countries you export to the most?
According to the latest annual data, our export rate is around 15%, with Europe being our main export market. One of our primary goals for 2026 is to increase this rate and to better position ourselves as a supplier that offers opportunity, competitiveness, and quality simultaneously to European manufacturers.
What differentiates you from your competitors?
We have simplified all processes end-to-end, from the moment customer requests reach us until the delivery of our products. This has made communication between our teams much faster and more efficient. As a result, we have gained our most important characteristic: a solution-oriented, fast, and customer-centric approach. In addition, we are a fully integrated production facility in corded cables, which allows us to offer maximum flexibility to our customers once raw materials arrive at our factory.
Could you share information about your new investments and R&D activities?
To improve efficiency in production, we invested last year in cable and fully automated corded cable production lines. Similarly, we have finalized agreements for new automated line investments to be delivered in 2026. In addition, our R&D activities continue for new markets and new plug types, and we aim to complete processes for new plug models within 2026.
How was 2025 for your company and business potential?
Considering the challenging conditions the industry has faced over the past two years, our primary goal for 2025 was to maintain our current market position. Thanks to careful planning and the right steps, we managed to achieve stability both in turnover and production volumes. For us, 2025 can be considered a balanced and controlled year in which we successfully reached our targets.
What are your expectations and risk factors for 2026?
We believe that 2026 will not be very different from the outlook of 2025. In fact, the data suggests that the contraction in the industry will continue in 2026. However, our main goal is to continue growing in a controlled and sustainable manner. Our detailed market analyses show that Hedef Kablo still has significant growth potential. Accordingly, we have prepared investment plans focused on capacity and efficiency increases, supported by new customers and projects. Throughout the year, we aim to implement these investments to strengthen our production capabilities and further solidify our position in the EMEA market.
How do you view the development of Industry 4.0 in Turkey? Do you have digitalization initiatives or measures?
On the digitalization side, we launched our new ERP infrastructure about four years ago and have made comprehensive improvements to align the system with all our workflows. By 2026, we will have implemented our ERP system across all operations end-to-end, seamlessly and completely. This will enable us to achieve a faster, more transparent, and more efficient structure across all processes, from production to sales, procurement to quality management. Since we are already supporting this transformation with our fully automated line investments, we are striving to prepare ourselves for this transition.
Frankly, with the rising labor costs, currency balance, Turkey’s competitiveness, and increasing quality expectations in the industry, we see this development as inevitable. Especially in the white goods industry, we believe our country’s progress has been remarkably positive.
